Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure that all items are inspected and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement item or a full refund.

 

 


 

Timeframe for Reporting Issues

 

  • Reports of damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

 

 


 

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

 

  • We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects or incorrect shipments.

  • All clearance or limited-stock items are final sale.

  • Gift cards and digital products (if offered in the future) are also non-refundable.
